Based in Fredericton, Inversa Systems Ltd incorporated shortly after the discovery of its exclusive Backscatter Computed Tomography(BCT) technology at the University of New Brunswick. Inversa Systems Ltd uses BCT to partner with businesses in resolving industrial inspection challenges. BCT allows businesses to achieve the deep inspection of dense materials, such as concrete and steel, without the need to suspend production or incur costs of delayed operation. This process will enable the imaging of objects comprised of such materials, which in-turn provides important information to businesses, heightening their understanding of the critical infrastructure that they manage. Inversa Systems Ltd is now testing the first suite of their BCT products. BCT techonology offers many benefits to businesses including the ability to prevent unpredicted plant failure, to the ability to empower effective maintenance planning, and the opportunity to continue operations during inspections. Inversa Systems Ltd's products will add value to many industries such as petrochemical refining, power generation, pulp and paper, aerospace and public infrastructure.
